This is a beginner clinic that introduces your Elementary(4-6th)
& Middle School child(7th-8th) to the game of volleyball. Each
week we will cover a different skill including: passing, setting, serving,
blocking, positioning, and spiking. Instructors will focus on developing
good technique that will give young players an advantage as they start
their volleyball careers.

This intense clinic will help each player improve on all aspects
of their volleyball skills. The instructors will help focus on improving
your footwork, setting, passing, bumping, digging, spiking, blocking, offensive/defensive
positioning, communications, serving, and other intangible volleyball attributes.
The instructors will emphasize and encourage individual contributions from
each player to the concept of team work and unity.

This skill specific clinic will focus on teaching the proper technique to use when serving. The instructors will also cover different types of serves and serving placement. By incorporating serving drills and games, players will be learning while having fun. |

This clinic will help young players master the difficult skills of spiking and blocking. Emphasis will be on teaching the proper footwork to maximize power and quickness. Players will be given individual instruction with positive feedback to help them gain confidence. |

This intense clinic will help each player become a better passer, Instruction will focus on proper technique, footwork, and movement to improve player's defensive abilities. Serve receive and team defense will be covered. |

This introductory clinic will work with setters or anyone looking to improve their setting. Emphasis will be on improving footwork, hand position, and accuracy with setting. Each setter will get individual attention and feedback on her technique. |

Designed for high school defensive specialists, this advanced clinic will be an intense workout for back row players. Players will work on recieve and defense. They will learn how to read hitters and get in the proper position to make the perfect pass. |

Designed for high school middle hitters/blockers, this advanced clinic will break down the components necessary to succeed at a higher level of competition. Instructors will work with players on hitting around the block, learning to read the setter, and quick footwork for the block. Players will work at mastering the quick hit. |

Designed for high school outside hitters, this advanced clinic will break down the components necessary to succeed at a higher level. Hitting to target areas and setting up the block will be covered in kthis clinic. Also, instructors will work with players on gaining versatility by hitting different types of sets. |

This is a specialized clinic for high school settters that will work on leadership and setting skills. Setters will work on footwork, hand position, and a wide array of different sets. Repetition will help players learn new skills and gain confidence in leading their teams. |
